it’s all about the DNA…..

Jerusalem Mess (The Palomar, Soho)

Jerusalem Mess (The Palomar, Soho)

The Palomar was brought to London in April 2014 by Tomer Amedi, head chef and co-owner of this new and exciting Middle Eastern restaurant. This informal eating establishment has become known by Londoners, Israelis and tourists as a recognised eatery for innovative, contemporary food from the heart of Jerusalem’s Machane Yehuda market, producing dishes of an excellent quality and transporting them right into the heart of Soho.

Recognised by critics and internationally acclaimed celebrities from the culinary world, this small, yet unique restaurant was awarded the Observer Food Monthly best restaurant award in October 2015 and just keeping growing from strength to strength.

The food is quite simply delicious, made from only the freshest produce and beautifully presented on the plate…..all dishes are visually stunning and a joy to eat. The staff are friendly, helpful and know their food.

Walking into the Palomar is like walking into the hub of Machane Yehuda, a hive of friendly activity, where the culture is simply about food and together they most definitely share “the DNA”…..
