I am not one for blowing my own trumpet but after almost six months, a lot of research, writing, assignments and most of all enjoyment, I am now an accredited food journalist.
At the very beginning of the year, I enrolled with the College of Media and Publishing to embark on their Accredited Food Journalism Diploma and less than six months later I have received my diploma with distinction, which gives me a new angle to work within the food sector.
The diploma carries the college’s graduation Journalist’s Charter Mark, and an assurance that my diploma is through a nationally and internationally recognised institute of education.

I am currently a regular contributor for The Culture Trip Tel Aviv writing about the eclectic cuisine of the culinary capital of Israel and my meanderings from around the country are never far away from twitter @israelfoodguide ….I will always be looking to share my love of food and Israel with magazines, websites and blogs with original writing and photography, now my diploma in Food Journalism is completed….with distinction.
